My trip to Denmark was VERY nice, the reason for the trip was to visit with my mothers family who live there, I get to go about every 3 years.
A few days after we arrived in Denmark we went to my cousins graduation from gymnasium, which is like the first 2 years of collage/university where you get the core courses.
I brought my road bike with me to Denmark and did a lot of biking for there is a lot of really nice trails just for bikes.
One weekend the whole family went for a bike trip (the rest of my family browed bikes). We took a train to the end of the line, then biked to a ferry and got a ride to a island called "samsu" from there we biked to the tip of the island, to the oldest village in Denmark. It is a neat place with the small old houses and streets, all the houses are still lived in which was a surprise because they are so old. On the way back to the ferry we stopped at an old church up on a hill.
My family and I also went on a trip to Norway to visit my oldest aunt, we took a ferry from the tip of Denmark up to Oslo where we got picked up. The next day we went with my uncle and aunt to their summer house on an island for the long weekend.
On the way home from Denmark our place landed in Iceland and our plane got delayed for 4 hr, but everything worked out fine in the long run (we did not crash)
